The 2024 ICC Scholars Forum is organized by Cleveland State University , N.Y.U. Center for Global Affairs, the University of Illinois , and Washington University in St. Louis School.

The 2024 ICC Scholars Forum will take place at the Hague Humanity Hub, located at 58 Fluwelen Burgwal, The Hague.
